Ethylene Oxide Sterilization & Vacuum Drying Combined Machine

The sterilization chamber is the core component of the sterilizer system. It is a specially designed pressure-resistant vessel that accommodates pallets containing products to be sterilized. Engineered to precisely control temperature, pressure, and humidity, the chamber ensures uniform and effective sterilization throughout the load. Its robust construction and high-quality materials provide durability under demanding operating conditions, while integrated sensors continuously monitor critical process parameters.

Chamber Unit

The sterilization chamber is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and reinforced with U-shaped 304 stainless steel beams for enhanced structural strength. Its independent design allows the chamber to be installed separately from other system units, optimizing cleanroom space utilization.

For improved thermal efficiency, the chamber is insulated with 20 mm rock wool, covered with aluminum panels, and equipped with an aluminum top platform.

The system is engineered in accordance with international safety standards and features a fully modular design. This modular structure simplifies maintenance, minimizes downtime, and ensures reliable, continuous operation.

Recirculation Unit

The chamber recirculation system is an integral part of the sterilization chamber, featuring a high-performance fan that continuously circulates air and gas through strategically positioned inlets and outlets.

The system ensures uniform distribution of temperature, relative humidity, and ethylene oxide (EO) concentration throughout the chamber load. This controlled circulation supports effective sterilization, consistent process performance, and reliable validation results.
